Return and Refund Policy

We accept refund or replacement requests if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request help, contact us within 7 days of delivery at trovixer@gmail.com or text 236-317-4369 with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

Because our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect address entered at checkout.

If your request is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.

Items must not be intentionally damaged or misused. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet this policy.

Shipping delays are not considered defects. Estimated delivery time is 8–23 business days.
